The ABTA in Atlanta Again!

Plans for the ABTA 2018 convention in Atlanta, Georgia are in place! Details and Registration Form will be included in the Spring Issue of the Quarterly. The registration form is available here. The convention registration fee is $215 but is discounted to just $200 if you sign up by June 1. There will be another workshop/seminar this year, on Tuesday afternoon and evening and is included in the convention price.

The Welcome Brunch on Tuesday, July 24 with first and second time convention attendees as well as all board members invited is scheduled to take place at Ray’s in the City. Cost is $35. This event is hosted by our President-elect, Henry Meguid, as a way to give the newcomers a chance to meet a few other members in a less structured setting designed to allow for more interaction.

In addition, there will be Wednesday evening entertainment event. Co-hostesses Mary Catan and Patty Tucker, our immediate past president, have planned a 4:30 tour of the Fox Theatre for just $11 followed by dinner next door at Baraonda at 5:30 for $50, and for those who wish to join them drinks at the Georgian Terrace hotel after dinner

Awards Banquet

Awards and Pro-Panel Banquet will be held at the host hotel, the Marriott Marquis. The cost of the banquet is included in the convention registration. The cost for the banquet alone is $105 for guests.
